We removed cylinder head for skiming after pipe burst on Mec C250 but the engine is still boiling what cabe the cause.?
Either a cracked head, was it checked for cracks when it was off? Or possible bad water pump.
How hot did it get before repairs? Was the head pressure checked for cracks? How did the piston bore look, was it blue in color? Did you look for cranks in the cylinder walls? Was the thermostat replaced at the same time as the head work? A lot of questions I know, but you just can't pull a head off and have it shaved without doing some extra work.
