If it goes bad without clogging (burning leaded gas will coat the platinum) your O2 will throw an alarm (check engine light)

Loss lf power especally on hills , loud engine, may more heat than normal under the engine bay. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXHtT8DHx7w
