2002 ford winstart will.not start

When i place key in ignition,,,everything comes on
like normal,,just no crank to motor? Had issue
before moblie guy pulled fuse an worked for 2
monrhs,,,but back to same issue,,,not sure what or
where to begin to look,,,not mechnical at all

Fuse #20 in the fuse box under the hood is for the passive anti theft system, I'd start there. It should be a 15amp fuse. It does sound like it's related to the antitheft or the ignition key.
