I replaced the motor on a stick with a motor from a automatic and the idle is good but it bogs down when you rev it? Cat is good.

Check all your connections again. Did you perform a compression check? Swapping in a used motor is a crap shoot, might be something internally wrong, but hard for me to say based on your info.
