Why intalling a 320 motor on a 2002 c240 but no significant extra power ?

If you look at the performance figures for each model then you'll notice that the performance figures aren't really that different. The 320 is only about 1 second quicker to 60mph than the 240. If the engine you fitted came from a 2001 car then those figures are even closer.
