Won't start

I'm buying a 2004 Audi allroad   for $1000
but the previous  owner said it won't due to
"Turbo issues" how can I fix this problem
and or is it  even worth buying

Turbo issues? Budget several thousand bucks if this is all that is wrong. I would run away.

turbo will at a shop run ... 2000-5000 $ repair but guarantey its not the only thing wrong with it. don't touch it jsut leave it for some one else that knows audi's
