my make and model is not populating correctly with the VIN

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Coupe John Cooper Works(JCW) and the VIN is
showing as a 2012 Mini Cooper John Cooper Works. My car is a Mini
Cooper Coupe and not a Mini Cooper. The coupe is a 2 seater and the Mini
Cooper is a 4 seater.
I tried changing manually the make, model, and year however the year in the
CarGurus system begins with 2013 for my make, mode, and trim which is
incorrect. My model was done in 2012. Can this be updated in your system
to show a year of 2012?
