Car engine cranking not starting

After replacing a fuse car is not starting,its just cranking.Please guide me.

If it is making a funny noise when cranking check the starter may need rebuilt. Check plug wires and timing. hope these suggestions help.

The Volkswagen Passat don't have plug wires. They have coil packs for each cylinder
