After I change the battery to many advertisements start , life front light system. Check air bag system. Maintenance soon. Day light system and others. what I can do, have to take the car to the. Dealer....?

If it's running ok, give it a couple days, 50 miles or so while the ECU 're- learns' everything. It may solve it's self
