My rear wiper is loose and now hangs down. How do I tighten the fastener?

There should be a center cap that can be removed to reveal the wiper shaft. Make sure that the nut is tight on the shaft securing the wiper arm. Hopefully this is the issue and not the wiper motor assembly inside the lift gate.
