unable to unlock door chrysler sebring convertible

Asked by Feb 21, 2014 at 01:33 PM about the Chrysler Town & Country

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Chrysler convertible.  Neither the key, or the key fob, with new batteries will
unlock the doors.  The trunk will open, but not the door.  I am virtually locked out of my car.
What is the solution?
