Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1997 chrysler town and country LXI 2 wheel drive.
3.8 motor
When i slow down to stop my power for the lights heater etc lowers alot.
I replaced the Alternator 1 year ago, And it was fine after that change,
But i had a power steering problem and i did get some fluid on it. Could this of possible made the alternator go bad again? Or is there another problem.

Id check the battery connections and cable ground to engine,,,a strong 12 volt from battery would hold everything up. most of the feed is coming from alternator giving it a workout for sure
