2.4 slow crank nu batt orange spark2006 pt no start

Where is the orange spark coming from? Perhaps the polarity of the battery is wrong. The RED lead is positive, the BLACK is negative or ground. If you put the battery is by yourself. You may have made this situation worse. More information is required. Thanks
