why does my steering wheel 0n aford bantam 2003 feels so tight to turn

Bmark, more than likely power i would think,check the power steering fluid,and if it is good ,check the rack pinion.

Yeah, it's probably P.S. I've never seen one. Not sure if they're like the little Suzuki clown cars we have here
