how many miles can a 1999 chrysler lhs motor have be for it blows up

It all depends on how it was maintained, I've seen these go bye bye at 75K then others have had over 350K and still running strong, so hope you can find maintance records.

How it's driven plays into it as well. Jackrabbit starts, squealing the wheels and roaring down the road at 100 MPH will kill an engine, and possibly you, much faster than if it is driven normally. HTH. -Jim
