Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a 2006 coop and now a 2005 srt-6 both have a shaft coming out behind the headlight assembly, this shaft turns and adjusts the up/down of each light. need to adjust them in the dark on a level surface about 30 feet from a wall or garage door. just rotate the shaft and go for a test drive. make sure you don't adjust too high and also test the brights-which are great!

On either side of the light assembly down low, there are grey caps covering the left right projector lamp adjustors. Looking down you will see a Phillips grey plastic screw however if you slide off the caps you can adust the light using the octagonal shaped pins. The outer low beam light adjustors are hard to see and get to. These you will definately need to use a phillips screw driver to adjust from the top if not remove the headlight bolts and tip the light assembly forward. The high beams are easy to adjust.
