You didn't state a year so I don't know if you need a preset saver or not, but it sounds like a voltage loss problem, to be safe I would get a saver and plug it in and then clean the battery terminals and cables and test the battery for proper voltage, doing this will no doubt set the security system so make sure you now how to turn it off before you attempt this.

iam sorry its a 2005 chrysler 300 c hemmi we clean the battery ends check the fuses the relays the horn dosent work the headlights dont the windows go down lights on the dash comes on


Is the security light on or flashings? If so try running the disarm procedure listed in the owners manual. If not then it could be the BCM has lost some of its memory of the accessories, call you local Chrysler dealer and ask them if it is possible that could have happened, they might need the Vin.
