Zenith carburetor

Asked by May 31, 2015 at 06:11 PM about the Ford Model A

Question type: General

This is a bit of a mystery to me. I have this Zenith carburetor, it looks similar to the ones used on the Model A Ford, but I know its not. I am baffled by the entry point of the gas line as well as the mouth of the carb. Does anyone know what car this would have went to? Perhaps a later Ford? Thank you

That looks like the one I had on my 8N ford tractor with the top fuel entry for the fuel line as it was gravity feed.

Ok threaded hole on top of yours, not side. Otherwise very similar. Still looking....
