Bought a Mercury 99 Marquis. Was given a reg car key, no chip design key, but when finally made it home, tried to re-start the car, and the security light is blinking. whom I purchased it from, has no idea, was in garage for years. Dealership says, "we'll have to tow it in ". Help

Dealership is right, or you can call a larger mobile locksmith in your area. Ask before they come out if they can cut new keys and program your car for you.
