ok, I am a female and know nothing about cars....on the panel it shows that (and you can hear it kick on) that the AC or heater turns on...but it does not blow air??? before it stopped blowing air it only blew air on high... how do I know if its just the panel that needs replaced or a new blower motor??? Please Help..
