Gear Ratio and Final Drive Spec for the 68 Standard 1500 Sedan

What were the gear ratios for the '68 standard 1500 sedan? Could I swap the R&P with an aftermarket pair? Are there any mods necessary for this swap or is it a straight swap? Thanks.

r/p should be a 4.12. gear ratio 1st=3.80, 2nd=2.06, 3rd=1.26, 4th=.89. reverse=3.61
