How to open a back door of BMW 7 SERIES that refuse to open

the rear door of my BMW 740 REFUSED TO OPEN

The latch might have failed or something broken inside the door. Can you try to get into the back seat and open it from the inside? If not, you'll have to get a locksmith or mechanic to open it for you.
