how to repair side mirror that won't tilt in reverse

Make sure the mirror selector switch is switched to the left for it to work. It's the switch just above the window controls on the driver's side.

Left - When the remote control outside rearview mirror switch is selected to the left both outside rearview mirrors will move downward. Right - When the remote control outside rearview mirror switch is selected to the right only the right rearview mirror will move downward. Neutral :When the remote control outside rearview mirror switch is placed in the middle position, the outside rearview mirrors will not operate.
