Would it be wise to put a turbo charge kit on a 2010 toyota wish and what would i have to do to make it possible?

No it is not wise, that engine won't take turbocharging very long before you wind up picking up engine pieces. Too make it possible, the engine will have to be removed and redone to make it handle the amount of boost your turbo is approved for, new pistons, crankshaft, rods, and heads. Then there is the exhaust system that will have to be custom made.
