ive replaced the ignition coil on my 90 model dodge pickup however i still am not recieving spark to the plugs. What would cause this

Truck is getting fuel to the engine and trying to start. just replaced the ignition
coil, this got it a little closer to starting but still ended up not turning engine
over. any suggestions? Please any suggestions will help.
