problem starting a 1968 spitfire
My battery is fully charged and the engine turns over !
I want to know if there is a place to spray starting fluid into the engine!
That's a pretty basic car. when the engine turns over, but won't start, it most frequently a spark or fuel problem. Remove the fuel like at the carburetor, start, and see if you're getting fuel. If not, it might be a clogged filter or a bad pump. If you do get fuel, it's likely a blown fuse, bad distributor or a coil problem.
Old British cars had nightmares with electrical troubles. Pull a plug and see if you have any spark.
