will not go into 4wd the light will only flash

my 4wd not work I drive in 2wd only I have try to fix it but no success I replace the dash switch still no 4wd only 2wd and I can hear the transfer switch shift and the 4wd light will only flash the 2wd light is all ways on. Can someone help me with my unit.

Transfer case motor or 4x4 module.

It is actually in behind the dash on the left side behind the switch.
