This is crankshaft to camshaft correlation faulty. In other words your camshaft and crankshaft are not in the proper positions in relation to each other. Sounds like a timing chain problem. Are you experiencing loss of power and the engine running hot or boiling over when you shut it off? If so, it's definitely a timing chain problem. This is especially suspect if you have a lot of miles on your truck. One other possibility is a worn out harmonic balancer. A harmonic balancer that has a lot of play in it will make the computer "think" the crankshaft is in the wrong position in relation to the camshaft. HTH. -Jim

i got 65,000 original miles, starts easy, runs rough. when I give some throttle it eventually clears up then runs fine until i shut it off. happens only when first starting it

That trouble code is suggesting that something is going on with the timing chain. HTH. - Jim

could it b crankshaft sensor or camshaft sensor?

I doubt it. You'd be getting a different trouble code if it were. HTH. -Jim
