is my van a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton?

i have a 77  Ford Chateau Club Wagon. i was trying to figure out if its 1/2
tonor 3/4 ton/ i looked inside the door for the E150 or E250. but it says E123?
i want to know how much i can tow with it.

To tell for sure is look at the wheels, if it only has 5 lug nuts per wheel then it is a half ton, if it has 8 then it is a 3/4 ton. Rule of thumb towing, don't tow more weight than your rig weighs. Check the tongue weight of your hitch, you should also,see a labor telling you the max weight of the trailer allowable.
