What should my rpms be while driving 70 mph on
interstate .

You can calculate what it your RPM should be, but you'll need some info from your car. Go here: https://www.ringpinion.com/calculators/Calc_RPM.aspx , then pull your axle ratio from any online VIN decoder, go to "tech specs" and find your overdrive ratio. You'll also need your tire size, which you can also find under the VIN decoder if it's still stock. Plug those numbers in and you can get what your engine RPM will be at any given speed.
