350 olds put new battery carburetor spark plugs wires module still get no spark get gas any ideas

And I know how to work on cars it was
running when put away bad carburetor
put everything new module spark plugs
wires everything new with the motor
will not start turn over

Anyone understand 350 olds rocket put new module wires plugs carburetor everything new car wheels over but it gets gas but wont start any ideas what it could be new timing chain gears was running when I put it away never pulled the distributor
