How to get a cd stuck in the cd player

I can not get a cd out the cd player, cd player says error. The radio works fine

Only way I know of, is to remove the head unit/radio from the dash, and physically take it apart to remove the CD. The eject mechanism probably broke, and repairing it will not be cost effective unless a part just came loose and you can fix yourself. Best to pick up another used OEM head unit off ebay or purchase an aftermarket one.....www.crutchfield.com
