horn comes on when i put the fuse in
horn sounds when i put the fuse in..but in summer or warm weather its ok can
leave fuse in but when it cools down at night the horn will sound..relay
ok..wiring looks ok..someone said it could be in the steering wheel..anyone got
any suggestions pls..
Sounds like the horn contact switch in the steering wheel. When things get cold they contract. This may be just enough to cause the switch contacts to come together and sound the horn. Years ago I had a '78 Eldorado that would do the exact same thing. In the winter, usually at around 3am. My neighbors "loved" me. I replaced the switch in the steering wheel and it was fine from that point on. HTH. - Jim
