Is this worth fixing? see below

Asked by Mar 03, 2016 at 08:50 AM about the 2005 Ford Explorer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2005 Explorer 5 speed automatic  139,000 miles on it. Transmission needs
replacing I think...O/D light flashing, service engine soon light on, check
transmission light all came on at the same time. Minutes before the lights, I
noticed when I put it in reverse there was a clunk. With the age of the car, and
the miles, is it worth fixing?

Sure is if you like it and want to drive a few more years. Have it looked at by a mechanic or trans expert and gets some quotes.
