Surging and bogging down

My car boggs down from 0 to 40 mph...all
the way to the floor at 40..if i take my foot of
gas and reapply it cathes and the car xooms
off...after driving over 45 mph its fine...now
when i slow down and the car gets down to
40 mph deceleration it surges and idles
high.  It will surge sitting still also and has
started dying out. I have changed tps,fuel
pressure regulator and maf sensor

When your car dies on you does it doe at stops? Does it start right back up?

Sounds like fuel issue, Re check fuel pressure

It starts right back up

Lrodri911 ok will rent tool to check fuel pressure. Ty.
