Dear BONBON-- The windshield wipers on you 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier are completely electrical and electrical problems can have many causes, such as a bad wire, bad wiring or part failure. You need to trace the circuit and see where the failure lies, although I suspect your wiper motor is starting to fail. The following site will give you pictures and diagrams of what you are looking for-- http://autozone.com/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/19/22/59/0900823d80192259/repairInfoPages.htm. Good luck from Bovan.
