My 95 camaro is still overheating i changed
the thermostat and flushed the radiator the
heat does not work in the car but it still is
over heating there is rust and gunk in the
radiator

If there was a lot of gunk, you may have a bad water pump (rusted) or blockage in the cooling system. Flush it a couple times and see if coolant is flowing through the radiator after it reaches operating temperature to allow thermostat to open.

I would use a power flush kit to get all that rust and gunk out.

Bad water pump is my guess.

are upper and lower hoses hot? if one is not hot then the radiator is clogged
