turn signals wont work?

I have A 95' Chevy Beretta, i just put a new starter in myself, before i put it in my turn
singles worked, now they dont and neither do the hazards. its not a fuse, i checked that,
and its not a bulb out, i checked that too.

could be spark plugs or alternator
