Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My boyfriend has a 95 chevy astro van he has
replaced the egr valve the iac valve. But his van
won't start what could be the problem. He checked
his distributor cap too.

The basics are to check for fuel and spark at the engine. If the van ran before he worked on it he needs to double check his work.
