Cannot start Van, gas not getting to ejectors, battery turns over, but will not start. Where is fuel filter for 1997 astro mini van. (Chevy)

Look under the van, under the driver seat. On the frame rail you should see a silver cylindrical filter 4" long x 2" in Diameter. YOu should replace it if you haven't in a while, but I suspect your fuel pump is faulty.
