The fuel filter should be located towards the front of the vehicle either on the frame rail or else coming up underneath where the fuel lines go into the intake manifold at the fuel rail. It may be difficult to see but follow the fuel rail back to where the lines come up from under the engine and you should find a canister-type fuel filter there. You will need a special tool to remove the fittings on this filter.
