1970 dust trail bird
I am working on a 70 Road Runner, and my research tells me that the Road Runners cartoon decal was moved from the door to the forward section of the front fenders; it was the same decal only different location. A gold reflective tape stripe called the "dust trail" was optional and placed just above the belt line. It used a dust swirl pattern and a GOLD colored cartoon bird decal that replaced the one on the front fender.
Now where can I find the gold bird, all I come up with is the after market colored bird.
Can any one help !!??
Year One in Georgia .has your gold dust trail birds included.dont look like they sell birds separate .must be part of the stripe.im looking at the most recent catalog.kit is199.00 US.phone 1-800-932-7663....look into phoenix graphix they might have bird separate phone 1-800-941-4550 .hope you find it.
