If the check engine light is on should have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes. It could be caused by the EGR Valve. It is also could be possible Throttle Positioning Sensor on the throttle body. If there is something wrong with the EGR Valve, it would show up in a code.

The only code that comes up is multiple misfire than when cleared than its misfire in one an three. I have found one problem there was water in fuel flushed everything new injectors an new fuel pressure regulator i dont know yesterday i was trying to run it an the tail pipe past the cat lit up bright red an orange cat has already been removed wasn't the problem it will idol for a while after clearing out an has to be high in rpms to get there than after 5 minutes it dies still wondering if water in gas is problem also added heet

How are you doing on this? Having the exhaust pipe turn cherry red is not good. You sure there is no obstruction in the exhaust like a rag from working on it or a squirrel or mice nest? Another thing is the timing. If it is way advanced it would turn the pipes red hot. Are you sure the engine timing, camshaft gear and crankshaft gear marks where lined up properly? You should investigate the timing to make sure it is set correctly.
