Car won't start

When I turn my key to the "ON" position, my check engine, battery and oil lights stay on;
engine is trying to "turn over" but car will not start.  What might be the problem?

If headlights are able to come on then you automatically know it's not a battery problem. Next step is to check the starter.

    Started fine drove to work. Cut it off. Come out of work won't start. Replaced ignition switch, checked battery, and checked starter. All are good and getting power . Still won't start .
