I've drained my rad. on my 1999 camero. & don't know why my hoses don't fill up with water also my ac doesn't work

did you open the bleed valve on top of the thermostat while adding coolant? also, is there any leaks anywhere (check for big drips while filling)?

Yes I've done that but I don't have a therm. Someone lost it. And I don't have any money to replace it.
