where is my transmission vacuum modulator located?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1988 Chrysler Le Baron 2.2 automatic
My tranny takes too long to switch gears and I wanted to check the vac. mod. before checking the vacuum lines.
Any other ideas would be most appreciated.

By the way I just changed the fluid and filter, no difference.
