my headlights are stuck down thay wont retract up?

they vacune operated,check for cracked hoses or the diaphams are rotten inside.

Check All of your Vacum lines and your switch. He said to try WD-40. He asks if it is possible for things to be tweeked very easily. My Dad had the same problem with his 1969.
