2000 window motor plug shows power and ground and motor goes both ways with power probe . only goes down when assembled

The most likely cause is the motor cannot handle the load required to raise the window back up, going down is easy, up is another story.

new motor . power probe will raise it

change out the harness that has the open circuit..it has flexed it's last time now~

Yeah that is what I was going to suggest, an amperage test on the harness from switch to motor and then a test of the switch's ability to switch polarity and handle the amperage.
