Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located for a 1972 Buick Electra?

Look in the fuse panel under the dash board. Back in those days, there was one fuse area. They were usually on the drivers side and used glass fuses.

The manual calls for a special fuse, I think its on the backside of the lighter,
