I have a 1969 Buick Electra 225 that has a leak at the bottom of the back window. I have a pretty good shop taking the back window out. There is a body piece between the bottom of the window and the start of the trunk that is kinda shaped like a skinny snowboard. The piece is rusted and needs to be replaced. Anyone know the name of the piece and how to order one online. The mechanic said he could fabricate one but it would be better and cheaper to find one. Thanks

Replacing it with a new piece would be ideal but good luck finding one for a classic. I would let him make one

Go to this site....it is the AACA forum for Buicks, post your question there. There is a chance that that piece is the same a similar year Cadillacs. http://forums.aaca.org/forum/10-buick-general/
